  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped parsley (optional for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rigatoni or penne pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.
